Position: Assistant Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging classroom activities.
- Support students individually and in small groups to enhance their learning and participation.
- Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, classroom displays, and other learning resources.
- Support effective classroom management and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events as required.
- Provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Assist with maintaining student records, attendance, and classroom organisation.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with teachers and other school staff.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, training sessions, and professional development programmes.
